About this event
This year, Election Day is November 3. Your general election ballot might include more than 45 local, state, and federal offices to be filled, though the exact number depends on your residence address. In this presentation, Sandy Parker will review the offices and candidates, proposed amendments to the Florida constitution, and proposed local referenda that will be on the ballot for Collier County voters. Join us and get a jump-start on casting a more informed vote. The information is presented in an organized and helpful way, and is non-partisan.
Sandy Parker is the founder of Sparker's Soapbox, a nonpartisan civic information resource for Collier County voters, and publisher of the popular Substack newsletter, Sparker's Digest. Sandy speaks frequently to community groups across the county about government, elections, and how to be an informed voter.
She is a member of the League of Women Voters of Collier County and the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, and her work has been recognized with multiple community awards, including the League’s Outstanding Community Partner Award and the 2026 Collier County Bar Association’s Medal of Honor.
Videoconference information will be provided in an email once registration is complete.
