Dr. Leslie Ricciardelli was named Collier County Public Schools Superintendent in December 2022 following several months serving as Interim Superintendent. She is a Naples native and has worked in education for over 28 years. ‘Dr. Ricciardelli’s experiences and expertise within the district and the community have provided her with an in-depth understanding of the expectations and values the people of Collier County have of our public education system” (CCPS website)
