Presented by Dr. Tim Ferguson, Chief Executive Officer
Grace Place for Children and Families
Dr. Tim Ferguson is the Chief Executive Officer at Grace Place for Children and Families. Tim brings a strong background in educational leadership and administration prior to leading Grace Place, having spent 33 years as a teacher and administrator in both Collier and Lee County School Districts. Dr. Tim completed his undergraduate degree in Elementary and Special Education from Central Michigan University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University. In 2007, Dr. Tim was selected as a member of the Executive Doctoral Program through the University of Florida, completing his Doctorate degree in administration and leadership in 2012. Additionally, Dr. Tim is a national training consultant with the Franklin Covey Company supporting schools and organizations with implementation of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Successful Families training. “Providing the necessary support and educational opportunities to families strengthening the community and enhancing the quality of life for all, Dr. Tim brings the knowledge, experience, vision and passion necessary to design and implement the elements of quality teaching, learning and leadership moving Grace Place to the next level of development as an organization serving the needs of students and families within the Golden Gate community.”
