How to Obtain an Absentee Ballot

An absentee ballot is a ballot for an election that is voted early by the voter, usually, but not necessarily, because the voter is unable to vote in person at the polls during early voting or on election day.

Any registered voter in Collier County may vote by absentee ballot – for any reason. Simply request an absentee ballot from the Supervisor of Elections office:
  • by mail or in person: Supervisor of Elections, Collier Government Complex, 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Building, Naples, Florida 34112-4907
  • by telephone: (239) 252-8450
  • online: http://www.votecollier.com/abapeng.asp
According to the Supervisor of Elections website, mailing of absentee ballots begins approximately 30 days prior to each election.
